LeAnne Williamson, President and founder of Your Success Coach, Inc.
Long before the craze of Business and Life Coaching became popular, LeAnne Williamson was working on ways to help improve the lives of others around her at work and at home. Being a member of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company for 14 years while she successfully climbed the ranks from sales person to Regional Training Manager gave her the opportunity to learn and teach some of the principles that make successful businesses thrive.
While holding the position of Regional Training Manager LeAnne had the opportunity to study under such gurus as Ken Blanchard, Tony Robbins and John Maxwell among others. Her persistence to improve not only her life but also the lives of all that she taught was of vital importance to her. The philosophy of "Do as I say, not as I do" was not in her vocabulary or thought process. LeAnne definitely walks the walk. While being a store manager for Goodyear in the mid 1990's she opened a new store and made it profitable within six months! This got the attention of the management at Goodyear who decided she needed to teach others how to do the same. From 1997-2003 that's exactly what she did.
LeAnne's passion for coaching and training drove her to open her own company in 2003, Your Success Coach, Inc. in order for her to assist others in achieving their desired results in life and in business. Goodyear continues to hire her today as a trainer and facilitator for company owned facilities, as well as, their independently owned and operated business partners.

LeAnne and her team with Your Success Coach, Inc & LifeSuccess Consulting, LLC possess a varied curriculum of courses ranging from sales, customer excellence, and management skills, leadership, coaching & counseling, and personal self-development that are results focused and are able to be adapted to any customer's or individual's needs.
LeAnne is a keynote speaker at events, business meetings, business functions, and is able to personalize speaking and presentation materials.
Some of LeAnne's Activities and Affiliations include being a member of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, Chester County Chamber of Commerce, National Speaker's Association while working to attain her Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) certification. She is also owner of a successful women's fitness center in Hockessin, DE which opened in December of 2003.
LeAnne and her team are passionate about working with people to share productive knowledge, increase their conscious and subconscious awareness producing desired actions that maximize their results, and to encourage individuals to continue their own self-development to achieve their success by following their passions. Focus is key with results-based learning.
